Michael Swade has almost 16 years of experience in the communication, networking and collaboration industries, having worked in the past for Lucent Technologies, Avaya and Polycom. He has served and overseen sales and operations in multiple VP, Manager Director and SVP positions while generating sales and revenue in the $500 million to over $1 billion dollars range. Michael has a BA degree from Eastern Illinois and a MBA from Dominican University.
